This is a role where your technical excellence directly enables life-saving humanitarian action, and where your judgement and clarity help teams across the organisation make confident decisions.

You’ll join a collaborative Secretariat and work closely with senior colleagues, external partners and finance leaders across our 15 Member Agencies, bringing people together around robust processes, smart insights and continuous improvement. If you enjoy variety, responsibility and meaningful impact, you’ll thrive here: from leading the annual audit and budget cycle, to steering high-volume appeal income and supporting governance through the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee. We’re looking for someone who is excited by both the pace of emergencies and the detail that underpins public trust—and who wants to grow their leadership in a uniquely influential finance role.
